Thank you for visiting, registering, and using these message boards. We invite you to be vocal and honest. We do, however, have a few rules. Here they are:

1. All applicable federal, state, and local laws must be adhered to.

2. Please refrain from debating the character of or any other topics concerning individuals. This forum is for discussion of racing and related topics - not people.

3. Abusive, offensive, or profane language is strictly prohibited. Racing is and has always been a family-friendly atmosphere, and that holds true here.
(Definition of "abusive" "offensive" and "profane" is at the discretion of board administration and moderation team.)

4. Absolutely no commercial ads may be posted or included in signatures or private messages without prior consent from Z3 Sports.
(Consent may be granted in most cases, but users in violation of this rule will face strict disciplinary action.)

5. When posting news or results, please be factual and accurate. Note if such posts are not verified or if you are not certain of their accuracy.

6. By reading and/or using this message board, you agree to hold Z3 Sports, its agents and affiliates, harmless of any and all actual or potential damages of any nature. You further agree to accept all risk and consequences of such use without recourse against Z3 Sports, its agents and affiliates. You further agree that use of this message board implies you have waived your right to legal proceedings and/or suits against Z3 Sports, its agents and affiliates. You further agree to waive right of venue in any and all legal proceedings concerning this message board to the circuit court of Butler County, AL.

7. Duplicating posts in multiple forums is prohibited. Furthermore, it is a complete waste of your time and is aggravating to those who use or read the boards regularly. Effective 10/21/2009, it earns you a (30) day suspension for the first offense.
